Refund policy

All products from Owen James Music are made to order through print-on-demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at guitarinstrumentals1@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

• Your order number
• Your full name and delivery address
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will submit this directly to our fulfillment partner and arrange a free reprint or full refund on your behalf. No return shipment required.

EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer rights law, customers in the European Economic Area have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
